Activation Process
The protection plans can be purchased online at the company website. The link for activation Certificate is sent through email approximately an hour to 48 hrs after the purchase. The details like IMEI, serial number, etc can be filled online, plus you need to upload an invoice to receive confirmation of activation.
Replacement
In case of mobile replacement from vendor due to damages or otherwise, you need to share the new IMEI number with AlleProtect. So that the plan benefits are transferred to the new mobile handset.
Total Damage Protection (TDP) Plan Validity
AlleProtection protection plan is valid for one year + 1 month as a bonus from the date of purchase of Total Damage Protection (TDP) Plan
